Once a paper is transferred out of Sage Path to another journal and the author has accepted the transfer, the author will have to reach out to the new journal for withdrawal.
Once the paper has been withdrawn, the author can resubmit to Sage Path. As your paper is no longer in the original journal’s system, please see How do I submit to Sage Path?
